Baltimore Orioles are a highly variable species. Individuals are coloured from bright orange to those who show tiny patches of orange.They have a long thin bill, smaller than that of a Blue Jay. I found this beauty to love red grapes and orange slices. They are a bright light in our bird world. This one nested in my front yard tree and it was a real treat to find they had intentions to raise their young right there. Never quarrelsome
they seem to be able to roost amongst many other birds
whistling enchanting bits of song.
